Payment Terms
- The payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is for a one-time immigration consultation purpose only.
- The Initial Consultation Agreement is established on the date of the appointment booking by the client and outlines the terms between:
- The Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Zeenatali Sutar (“RCIC”), operating as Zee Overseas Immigration and Study Abroad Services, an incorporated company in Ontario (“we” or “us”).
- The Client (“you”).
Client Expectations and Purpose:
- The Client seeks consultation regarding Canadian immigration procedures, eligibility, options, and recommendations.
- Consultations are based on the information and documents provided by the Client and information from the Government of Canada or other authorities.
- Consultations are conducted via WhatsApp, Zoom, or in person, as scheduled by the RCIC.
- The Client must pay the agreed fee to the RCIC, which is non-refundable.
- This initial consultation does not establish an agreement authorizing the RCIC to act as a representative in any matter.
- The consultation provides:
- A comprehensive analysis of immigration options.
- Estimated timeframes, service fees, and associated costs.
Relationship and Retainer Agreement:
- The information provided during the consultation is solely for advice purposes.
- An RCIC-Client relationship is established only when a written Retainer Agreement is signed.
- If the Client retains the RCIC within 7 days by signing a new Retainer Agreement and paying the Initial Retainer Deposit:
- The initial consultation fee will be credited towards the total Retainer Fee, making the initial consultation effectively free.
Confidentiality and Disclaimer:
- All information and documents shared during the consultation remain strictly confidential and comply with the CICC Code of Professional Ethics.
- The consultation does not guarantee any specific outcome and is for exploring immigration program possibilities.
- The RCIC is not liable for incomplete information as the advice relies on the accuracy of client-provided data.
Consultation Terms:
- The consultation is for information purposes only and does not include representation.
- The duration is limited to 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the booking type.
- If the agreed time is exceeded:
- Additional time will be charged in 15-minute increments at $50 per increment.
- Further consultations require scheduling a new appointment and paying relevant fees.
Regulatory Compliance:
- The RCIC, Member #: R516024, is in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
- The RCIC adheres to the CICC Bylaw, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
Client Acknowledgment:
- By accepting and making payments for this service, the Client acknowledges:
- Reading and understanding the above terms and conditions.
- Agreeing to abide by them in accordance with the CICC Code of Professional Ethics.
